This evidence-based checklist from the Canadian Collaboration for Immigrant and Refugee Health (CCIRH) provides a structured preventive care tool covering 20 priority health conditions identified through Delphi consensus. The conditions span nine infectious diseases, four mental health conditions, three maternal and child health conditions, oral health, iron-deficiency anaemia, diabetes, and vision screening. The checklist is available in English and French.  This resource offers primary care clinicians a comprehensive, evidence-informed framework for conducting initial preventive care assessments of newly arrived immigrants and refugees in Canada.
