This operational toolkit from the World Health Organization (WHO) Health and Migration Programme addresses main communicable diseases affecting refugee and migrant populations, including tuberculosis, HIV, Malaria, pandemic preparedness, and Neglected Tropical Diseases. It provides screening, prevention, and management guidance aligned with WHO’s Global Action Plan on the Health of Refugees and Migrants 2019–2030.

The toolkit is designed for use across all migration phases and population groups, offering health professionals a standardized, globally applicable framework for communicable disease management in displacement and resettlement contexts.
